When I’m not reading comics and breaking down demographic data in geekdom, I focus on email strategy and deliverability for NGP VAN/EveryAction. Today, we’ve launched the 2016 Nonprofit Deliverability Study where I analyzed data from nonprofits to determine how much email went to spam in 2015 and how much money was potentially lost.
